Birthdate 9/30/1960 passed Feb 25,2025. 

Kelly was a loving person, he inherited that from his grandfather Adolf. He fought a long battle for a long time. God knew it was time to take him home. 

Kelly is preceded in death by his parents, Sandra Kay (Grueser) Ramey and Arkie Reed Ramey. 

Kelly is survived by two sisters, Robin Greene of Canton Ohio and Elizabeth (Ramey) Horton of Tampa. Florida; three nieces, Mrs. David (Winnie) Richards Of Dillsburg, Pa, Mrs. Kyle (Sandra) Stefanko of Massillon, Ohio and Mrs. Gavin (Jade) Bailey of Canton, Ohio; two nephews, Mr. David Horton Jr of Massillon, Ohio and Mr. Daniel (Kristy) Horton of Louisville, Ky.

Kelly was a Cleveland Browns fan through and through. Abed Race car (Nascar) junkie, He raced at Canton Motor Speedway in his youth. It came naturally by his father who also was a racer in his youth. There will be no services at this time. Kelly’s resting place will be in Tampa Florida.
