Kenneth O. Lindner. Born October 8, 1940. Died peacefully on January 9, 2025. A veteran of the Army National Guard. The kindest and most gentle soul. A friend to all animals.
Survived by his wife Maureen Lindner (Brennan), who kept his life full of love and adventure; his son David Lindner, who inherited his appearance and intelligence; his daughter Darcy Lindner, who inherited his personality and love for animals; his daughter-in–law Maureen Lindner (Loftus) who was really his favorite; and his granddaughters Maggie and Emily Lindner, who he was always amazed by and proud of.
He loved his extended family, sister-in-law Anita Lindner, nephew Daniel (Mary Beth) Lindner, and niece Lainie (Marc) Cohen. He loved Maureen’s extended family - all of the Brennan clan. He adored his adopted “kids” who he picked up along the way - Keiyana, Carly, Kaitlyn, Deanna, and Dana.
Ken did not measure his life in accomplishments, but in routines, reliability, generosity, Cavs/Guardians/Browns/Buckeyes games, cowboys and detectives, and the number of dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, etc., that he was able to talk to, pet, volunteer with, and donate to.
There will be no services, and in lieu of flowers, and to honor Ken, please consider donating to animals in California who have been affected by the wildfires - Pasadena Humane and the Animal Wellness Foundation. A remembrance of life will be held at a later date. May Ken’s memory be a blessing. Condolences and memories may be shared with his family online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
