Kyle Joseph Heath
Kyle Joseph Heath age 34, passed away April 5, 2020. He was born on July 14, 1985 with numerous medical conditions. But he surpassed all his doctors expectations. Kyle had the most beautiful eyes and anyone who met him, fell in love with him immediately. He was our angel here on earth.
Kyle is preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey Heath Sr.; grandparents Adolph & Delores Jemiola, and Donald Sr. & Mattie Heath, and brother, Matthew.
Kyle is survived by his mother, Estelle Heath (Jemiola); sister, Tracy (Pat); brothers, Jeffrey Jr. (Audra) and Eric. He was a beloved uncle to Kaylee, Brandon, Rylie, Christopher, Xavier, Annaleigh and Anthony.
Memorial services will be held at St. John Cantius Church on Saturday June 6th, 2020 @ 9:30 am. Church is located at 906 College Ave in Cleveland, OH 44113. Condolences and special memories can be shared with the family online at
