, 1989, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio to Tina (Haas) Fulmer and Larry Frederick Hepner Jr. Ricky lived in East Sparta most of his life and attended Sandy Valley school district. He was an artist who enjoyed fishing and hunting with his best friends, Greg and David Scott. He also enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephew.
Ricky is preceded in death by his mother, and grandfather, Byron “Fred” Haas Sr.
Ricky leaves behind his daughter, Faye Dettweiler; father, Larry Hepner Jr; stepmother, Margi Hepner; sister, Briana Hepner; nieces, Aubry Wilcox, and Teigan Fultz; and nephew, Gunnar Begue.
