Lawrence Kellar

Lawrence “ Larry” A. Kellar, age 84 , passed away after a brief Illness on Sunday August 4 , 2024. He was born on December 24 , 1939 , and was preceded in death by his loving parents Horatio “Dutch” and Zella Kellar ; brothers Denny Kellar and Lenny Kellar . Larry was a machinist by trade and a skilled carpenter by heart. He had a love for the ocean and the Great Lakes , spending many weekends camping with family known as the “magic city campers” at east harbor state park .

He will be greatly missed by his children:  Todd ( Cathy) Kellar and Nicole Kellar. He is also survived by his estranged wife, Kimberly Kellar. Surviving siblings: brother, Gary (Linda) Kellar; sisters, Janet ( Paul) Boulden, Carolyn (Gary) Braun. Grandchildren, Amanda Kellar, Jared Kellar and Skye King; several great-grand children, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
