Linda M. Bender

Linda M. (McNeel) Bender, age 79, of Massillon passed away surrounded by family on July 11

th

, 2021. She was born March 27

th

, 1942 in Canton, Ohio to the late Vera M. and Robert McNeel. The family will be holding private services at a later date.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Carl J. Bender; brother, Robert McNeel; daughters, Scherry Godfrey and Lisa Biery; and daughter-in-law, Marilyn Bender.

She is survived by her son, Carl Bender; daughters, Shelley Bender and Lori Bender; sons-in-law, Donald Slomsky and Mike Biery; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, a nephew, and life-long friends.
