Loretta Toth Julian, 69, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023.10/40/2023
Loving daughter of the late Richard W. and Irene (nee Dolnacko) Toth. Beloved mother of Jessica Julian. Caring sister of Richard G. (deceased), Ellen Davis, Ronald, Margaret (Peggy) Kasper (deceased), Christopher (deceased), and Mary Kay (deceased).
Loretta was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Parma High School and even as a young person enjoyed the arts and demonstrated talent as a visual artist. As a young adult, she worked as a devoted receptionist for local surgeons where she was treated like family before dedicating many years as a human resource manager at Die-Matic Corporation in Brooklyn Heights. She especially loved visiting Niagara-on-the-lake with her long-time partner Paul Klonowski, gardening, and talking regularly with her close friends. She was known for hosting memorable parties for family and friends. She joined her mother on the board of West Creek Conservancy and helped preserve Henninger House, the oldest house in Parma. Loretta is survived by many nieces and nephews, and will be lovingly remembered by the Julian family, including her ex-husband and long-time friend James Julian.
A Catholic mass will be held in her honor at St. Matthias Church, 1200 West Sprague Rd., Parma, OH 44134 on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 11:00a.m., followed by a catered lunch at the church hall.
Donations may be made in her memory to West Creek Conservancy or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Condolences and special memories of Loretta can be shared with her loved ones online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
