Margaret Ballauer

Marge Ballauer (nee Sminchak) born November 6, 1943 passed away July 15, 2024 with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Alan Ballauer of 58 yrs. Loving mother of Wendy Boergert (Frank) and Ed. Daughter of the late Edward and Estella Sminchak.

Marge enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Whenever there were gatherings, she liked to stay to the end. After retirement, she volunteered at Parma Food Bank. She enjoyed volunteering, and in return she gained several wonderful friends.

She was a woman of strong faith. When she learned of her illness, she kept saying God Blessed her with a good life.

Celebrating Marge's life, the family will receive family and friends one hour prior to service at St. Leo the Great Church. 4940 Broadview Rd. Cleveland, OH 44109 on August 2, 2024. Mass is at 10:00am. The internment will follow service at Brooklyn Hts. Cemetery in the Mausoleum in the Sanctuary of Angels North.
