Marylou Priest

Marylou Priest, 85 of Ravenna entered into her heavenly home on October 10, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Akron on June 8, 1936 to Brooks and Marian (nee Greenshield) Foster.  Preceded in death by parents; her husband Edward F. Priest; children, Beth Anne and Robert E. Priest; siblings Nancy Giannini and Linda Taylor. Left to celebrate her life is her loving daughter Eva Marie (Ron) Simms; daughter–in-law Mary Jo Priest; beloved niece Paola Giannini; nephews Anthony Giannini, Barry Eckert, R.B. Eckert and Shawn Taylor and those who brought her greatest joy, her grandchildren, Brannon (Megan)  Simms and Shalyn (Austin) Martin.

Marylou was a member of Brady Lake Baptist Church. She retired from Ravenna Savings & Loan. She enjoyed reading her Bible, Cleveland sports, and people.  Her favorite saying resonated to us all “GOD IS GOOD.”
