Miss Julieann Fegyak age 71 passed this July 25th 2023 in Akron, Ohio after a yearlong battle from a degenerative disease. She was loved by all and will be missed and remembered as a kind, loving and giving soul. Julie was a longtime resident of Toledo, Ohio and developed many friendships at “The Center” a gathering spot of like-minded souls.
On holidays and many weekends, she frequently returned to her hometown of Sandusky, Ohio, maintaining close relationships with her parents, Mr.& Mrs. Norbert (Virginia) Fegyak, grandparents, brothers, sisters and childhood friends. Julie spent the first twenty some years living in Sandusky and graduated from Sandusky High School earning herself a scholarship.
She loved to cook and was an especially creative baker, quilt maker, ceramics artist. She loved crocheting scarfs, Afghan blankets, by the dozens, a talent she learned from her Grandmother Mary.
Julie is survived by four siblings, John Fegyak of Massillon, Ohio, Jeff Fegyak of Sandusky, Ohio, Mary Tucker of Sandusky, Ohio, and Kathy Litton of Milan, Ohio; uncles and aunts, Mr.& Mrs. William (Carol) Fegyak, Mr. & Mrs. Charles (Marrianne) DeBolt; and many cousins and nephews residing in Florida, Minnesota and Tennessee.
