She was the loving daughter of the late Walter & Florence Chudzik; beloved Mother of David (Charlotte) and James (Joan); dearest sister of Dolores Kolic, Robert (Diane), Thomas and the late Elaine; grandmother of David, TJ (Katie) and Jesse; great-grandmother of Brielle.
A funeral Mass is planned for friends & family, Thursday Oct. 17th at 11:30 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. 929 Pearl Rd Brunswick, Ohio 44212.
