Penny Goins, 74 of Cleveland, Ohio entered into rest on July 24, 2023. She was born November 25, 1950, in Akron, Ohio to the late Frank Hampton and Dellia Goins. Penny moved to Cleveland in her early teenage years. Penny was a loving mother to her family. She was a kindhearted and great person with a big heart. Penny will be truly missed but not forgotten.
She is survived by her children, Yolanda Jones, Tony Jones, and Marian Goins, and one brother.
