Phyllis Kay Hughes

Phyllis Kay Hughes passed away November 28, 2022. She was born November 3, 1950 in East Liverpool, Oh. She is survived by her husband Charles Hughes, Jr., and her children Ann Nations (daughter), Charles Hughes, 3rd (son), and Clint Hughes (son), (Stephanie Lansberry), her grandchildren Abbie Friend, and Samantha Hughes, her sister Lorena Huffman, (Virgil Huffman), her brother Alan Pratt. She is preceded by her mother Beulah Pratt and her father Duard Pratt. There will be no services.
