Richard Lee Frampton

Richard Lee Frampton 84, passed away on April 14, 2023. He was born on March 13, 1939 in Akron, Ohio, where he lived all his life. After graduation, he enlisted in the Navy and was on the USS Randolph ship. Once he completed his obligation with the Navy, he returned to Akron to work as a mechanic. Later changing his profession to a painter/paper hanger with the M. O’Neil Company. He then started his own business, which he retired from. He was an avid euchre player and enjoyed fishing, camping and just being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Betty Frampton, his beloved sister, Jackie Burnat and his infant son.

Richard is survived by his brother, Ted Frampton; four daughters, Debra (Eugene) Talbot, Brenda (Paul) Tasich, Sheryl Frampton and Sandra (Brad) Slawter; grandchildren, Kaylea, Bobby, Katie, Cody, Kendle, Madison and Joshua; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
