Robert Bennett

Robert Bennett age 70, of Robertsville passed away February 9, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He was born August 25, 1950. Robert was a 1969 graduate of East Canton High School and lettered in football and basketball. He enjoyed Ohio State football and basketball, East Canton sports, spending time with his grandkids. He raced late model cars at Canton Motor Speedway, enjoyed spending time at Daytona Beach and going to dog races. He retired with 35 years at Republic Steel/WCI.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ellen.

He leaves behind his wife of 48 years, Cindy; daughter, Amy (James Boyle) Bennett; son, Brock (Misty Campbell) Bennett; grandchildren, Kloe, Ethan, Athenea, Izzy, Hunter, Blaze, Jada, Mykah, and Connor; sister, Roberta Frey; cousin, Esther Stutler Lowdermilk; and many nieces and nephews in Florida.
