Robert Rabatsky

Robert “Bob” Rabatsky 83 passed away February 25, 2024 in the care of Community Hospice, Truman House at Amberwood Manor. Born December 26, 1940 in Lakewood, Ohio. He was the son of the late Ignatius and Mary Margaret Rabatsky. He was a 1958 graduate of St. Vincent High School and joined the United States Navy. He married Helen Fetzer on October 14, 1967 and they lived in California but later moved back to Ohio in November 1976. The couple owned and operated Bob’s Drive Thru, until retirement called.  A longtime supporter of Tuscarawas Central Catholic, he served as school board member and president, as well as TCC Booster Club president. 

He is survived by his wife, Helen, their son, Timothy of Dover and his beloved granddaughters, Paige Elizabeth and Jenna Marie. 
Services will be held March 9 at St. Joseph Church, visitation from 12:00-1:00pm, Mass beginning at 1:00pm with Fr. Jimmy Hatfield officiating. Condolences and special memories of Bob can be shared with his family online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
