Robert T Strupcewski

Robert T. Strupcewski, of Canton, Ohio, passed away January 23, 2024, after a long illness.  He was born February 10, 1945, in Scranton, PA and graduated from Southern Wayne High School in Newfoundland, PA in 1962.  He joined the US Army in 1965 ,and served in the U.S. Army Band at multiple duty stations until retiring from the Army in 1986, as the enlisted bandleader 1st Sergeant of the 1st Calvary Division Band in Ft. Hood, TX

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Anthony Strupcewski, and Lucille (Dimola) Strupcewski, and daughter, Christine Caron.  

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Strupcewski, his daughters, Kristine (Jerry) McGuire, Cathy (Greg) Thomas, Cindy (Paul) Keyes, his son, John (Danielle) Strupcewski, his brother, John (Donna) Strupcewski, as well as 13 grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life is planned for April 6th, 2-6 pm, at the American Legion Post #44 in Canton, Ohio. Condolences and special memories can be shared online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
