Rose Maksim

Rose M Venicek Nuske Maksim age 79 of Louisville, Ohio was born on March 6th 1943 in Canton Ohio. She went to be with the lord on Monday July 25th 2022. Rose loved to play Bingo and go down to the Mountaineer. What she loved the most, was spending time with her great-grandchildren and family. She worked at Molly Stark Hospital for 16 years and then moved on to work at Altercare of Louisville as an activity director. After 15 years, she decided to retire and enjoy her retired life with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Carl Nuske and Myrtle Manley (Hammond) husband, John Maksim; son, Kurtis John; brothers, Jim Nuske, Robert Nuske; sisters, Flora Vanicek and Donna Szekeres.

Rose is survived by daughter, Angeline (Ken McNutt) Gebhart; granddaughter, Stephanie (Robert Jr) Yost;  four great-grandchildren, TJ, Tyler, and David Mitchell, and Jonah Yost; sister, Dorothy Miller;  many nieces and nephews.

Rose’s wish was to be cremated with no services. The family will have a Memorial at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made at
