Rosemarie “Rosie” T. Angle

Rosemarie “Rosie” T. Angle passed away peacefully at home, following a terminal illness, at the age of 91, exactly one month prior to her 92nd birthday. Rosie was a 50-year active member at St. Brendan’s; involved in the Choir, Altar & Rosary Society, church council and volunteering. In her younger years, she was very involved with the Knights of Columbus and Isabella Guild. Community Theater was her passion, performing at Greenbrier (Cassidy Theatre), Beck Center and especially at Huntington Playhouse; both performing and working at the box office. Rosie always enjoyed her coffee and reading the morning newspaper.

Devoted wife of the late Robert P. for 60 years; dear mother of Diane Rethinger, Christine Christy (Steve), Robin Daniel and Randy (Sally); loving grandmother of the late Lisa Glasheen (John), Andrea Rethinger, Jonathan Rethinger (Trisha), Christopher Minor, Katie Ricker (Rob), Mark Daniel (Jessica), Sarah Arcuri (Aaron) and Kelly Bryant (Aaron); great-grandmother of Savanna, Logan, Ashtynn, Cosette, Camden, Roxy, Jaden, Drew, Lauren, Collin, Reagan, Noah and Emma; step-grandmother to many and a much loved and cherished friend.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation and burial will be private. A memorial funeral Mass will be held at St. Brendan Catholic Church, 4242 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, on Wednesday, December 12th at 10:00 a.m., with a luncheon to follow.
