Ruth A. Moran

RUTH A. MORAN (nee Kaulfuss), 66, died on July 7 in Westlake, Ohio. She is survived by her loving spouse Gail White; her three children with former husband Glenn Moran: Kelly Verbofsky (Justin), Danielle Palmer (Bryan), and Shawn Moran (Amy); brother Steven Kaulfuss (Donna), sisters Elizabeth Costanza and Carole Purcell, and seven grandchildren who gave her great joy during her courageous struggle with cancer. Ruth earned an MA from John Carroll University and was a licensed professional clinical counselor. Ruth’s compassion, insight and sense of humor not only enabled her to help clients combatting substance abuse and mental health problems but also endeared her to everyone who knew her. In lieu of flowers, Ruth requested donations in her memory be made to The Gathering Place of Cleveland, Ohio. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
