Shelley A Brown

Shelley A Brown 58, of New Philadelphia went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Akron General Hospital following a decline in health. 

Born December 29, 1965 in Dover, OH, she was the daughter of Fred and Ann White. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred White and grandmother, Opal Stringer.

She worked for many years as an assistant manager for Speedway and loved what she did. Before her health declined, she enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing or riding along, playing bingo, going to the lake and spending time with her family. She would always be the one to call and ask everyone what the plans were for holidays or family gatherings and was always one of the first there. 

Shelley is survived by her mother, Ann White; daughters, Jirah Brown and Jamie Lindsay; grandson, Jayden Singleton; siblings, Kim (Brian) Fox and Steve (Karen) White; nieces and nephews, Baili Zucal, Brandon Fox, Kelli Ickes, Kyle Ickes, Leigh Trimmer, Sue Schafer and Korey White; and many more family and friends.

Cremation was left in the hands of Heritage Cremation & Burial Society. A private family gathering in honor of Shelley will be held on an upcoming date. She will be deeply missed. Condolences and special memories of Shelley can be shared with her family online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
