Shirley Greathouse

Shirley Ann Greathouse (nee Strader), age 76 of Chippewa Lake, passed away Thursday ,June 1, 2023.

Shirley was born on May 14, 1947 in Weston, West Virginia to the late Floyd and Mary L. (Cottrill) Strader.

Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Ronnie of 44 years. Dear Mother of Melissa and Joseph Greathouse and Gelah Cavins. Grandmother of Kaitlyn, Joshua, Emily, Amber, Tyler, Zachary, Natalie, Heather, Jerry, Jeffrey, John, Jordan and her beloved fur grandbabies Loki and Finn. Great-Grandmother of eight and Sister of Pat Hitchcock. Beloved Aunt, Cousin and Friend to many!

Shirley was preceded in death by her sisters; Viola Greene, Jean Young, Mabel Jeffries, Mary Elizabeth; brothers, Ralph and Floyd Strader.

To know Shirley was a true blessing. She lived her life with her arms opened wide for anyone in need. Your memory and all you did for us will be a shining light to everyone who knew you. We were blessed beyond words to have had you as a part of our lives.

Some loved her for witty sense of humor, some for her wisdom and some just because of the caring and loving person she was. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
