Stephanie Ann Collins

Stephanie Ann Collins, beloved wife, sister, aunt and friend, passed away June 1, 2023, after a long and very brave battle with cancer. Stephanie was born in Tucson, Arizona, and lived in Wadsworth, Ohio. She graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1976 and furthered her education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix.

Stephanie had over a forty-year career in the Insurance Industry with working over thirty years at Westfield Center.

Stephanie enjoyed a life well lived with travelling the United States and several countries with the love of her life, Stuart (Kelly); attending many Browns and Indians/Guardians games; being the number one fan of country singer Gary Allan; being a pug lover, and doting on her nieces, nephews, and great-niece. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and a great friend you could count on when needed. Her enormous sense of adventure and humor will be greatly missed.

Stephanie is survived by her husband, Stuart (Kelly) Collins; her sisters, Deborah Oplinger and Connie Daly; her brother-in-law, John Daly; her aunt, Linda Ott and cousin, Laura Krieger; nephews, Connor Daly, Joe and John Campbell; nieces, Kaitlyn Shackelford and Lisa Campbell, and great niece, Isla Shackelford. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Lucy Oplinger, and mother-in-law, Zanna Collins.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the future, with family and friends being notified in advance. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that you kindly consider making a donation to the Cleveland Clinic’s Justin T.
