Susan Kay Shalosky

Susan Kay Shalosky of Port Washington, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. Susan was born on August 17, 1947 in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Martha (Irons) and Warren Dale Glazer of Port Washington.

Susan married Michael W. Shalosky Sr. of Newcomerstown in 1965. Susan worked at Pacemaker Plastics in Newcomerstown, Ohio for many years where she retired and took care of her ailing parents and husband.

She enjoyed being around family and friends and baking a variety of things. Susan was known for always being the caregiver. She was always the first to help a family member or friend in need. Susan was also known for her love of the Lord and she made anyone and everyone feel welcome. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents and husband, Susan is proceeded in death by siblings Patricia Cox of Uhrichsville, Robert Glazer of Newcomerstown, Richard Glazer of Uhrichsville, James Glazer of Newcomersown, and Albert Glazer.

Susan is survived by: brother Kenneth (Rene) Glazer of Stonecreek; children Michael Shalosky Jr., Sean Shalosky, both of Port Washington, and Sharon (Jeff) Pichotta; Grandchildren Christopher (Mikayla) Shalosky of Barnhill, Heather Shalosky, Ashley (Devea) Hewett of Port Washington, Tiffany Shalosky of Newcomerstown, Cheyenne Shalosky of Minerva, and Gavin Shalosky of West Lafayette; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandchildren, and friends.

It was Susans wishes that there be no service or calling hours. Family will be privately holding a celebration of life at a later date.
