Tamara Neel

Tamara Neel passed away on the morning of October 10, 2023, at the age of 74. She had her sons by her side. She was battling cancer, that had taken her way to soon. She had many loving people in her life, from family, to many family friends at work and in life.  She always spoke her piece and never backed down from good cause she believed.

She gave much love to her students everyday. She will be deeply missed and always in our hearts.
