Tara Michele Bell (Gall), 44, of Brecksville, Ohio, was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. In the early hours of November 27, 2023, she passed peacefully in her home, surrounded by those who loved her. She courageously battled cancer for many years and will be forever remembered for her courage and resilience in the midst of these trials.
Tara was born on September 21, 1979, in Hamilton, Ohio. She grew up in the small town of Brookville, Ohio, and graduated from Brookville High School in 1998. While in high school her leadership skills and creative spirit were shown in her numerous extracurricular activities including tennis, drama, speech and debate, writing for her school paper, and serving as class president. One of her proudest accomplishments was competing as a state finalist in speech and debate her junior year. Her love of linguistics continued after graduation, teaching English as a second language to students from around the world while attending Ohio University’s Scripps School of Journalism and she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2002.
Tara married her husband, Graham in 2003, and proceeded to lead an exciting and successful career. Many creative marketing teams were inspired by her ideas, and customer-centric view of messaging content. During these years she shared her highly creative spirit and built many lifelong friendships. Tara was known for her ability to create fun and unique experiences for those around her. Above all, Tara adored her daughter, and poured her heart into her until the very end. She had a dynamic personality and a contagious laugh that will be forever missed.
Tara is survived by her husband, Graham Bell and daughter Norah of Brecksville, Ohio; parents, David and Melody Gall of Brookville, Ohio; sister Deanna Miller of Oakwood, Ohio; brother Mark (Erica) Gall of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Tara on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Services will be held at the Brecksville United Methodist Church, 65 Public Square, Brecksville, Ohio, at 1:00pm, prefaced by a two-hour visitation.
