Thomas F. Balvin born in Dillonvale, Ohio on June 17, 1937, died on October 2, 2023. Tom loved fishing, playing cards, and picking berries. Preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Sandra K. Balvin. Survived by his son, Thomas Balvin Jr.; daughter, Patricia A. (John) Gallentine; sons, Donald (Kathy) Balvin and Ronald (Sharon) Balvin; and daughter, Vivian (Greg) Wolfe; as well as 9 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren. Service held on October 24, 2023 at 1:15 in Rittman Veterans Memorial in Rittman, Ohio. Celebration of life to be announced at a later time.
