Wayne Leon Brown

Wayne Leon Brown, from Newton Falls, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 4th, 2022. Wayne was born in Punxsutawney, PA to the late Leonard J Brown and Dolores M (Lewis) Brown on July 16th,1952. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served his country for 4 years. Wayne was an avid movie watcher who also enjoyed playing guitar and singing for his family. He was a devoted family man who cared for his loved ones and never missed an opportunity to spend time with them. He enjoyed assembling model cars and storytelling with his grandchildren. He was also a passionate softball player.

He is survived by three children, Wayne (Stacy) Brown of Diamond, OH, Branden (Christina) Brown, of McComb, OH, and Neiva (David Calton) Brown of Newton Falls, OH; five grandchildren, Anthony, Dallin, Bailey, Hunter, and Wyatt, all of whom he treasured; and one brother, Bob (Paula) Brown.

Wayne will be interred at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery where he will receive military honors, at a date to be determined.
